Educational Qualification:
Professor:
For Arts, Humanities, Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce, Education, Languages, Law, Journalism and Mass Communication: Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned / allied / relevant discipline and published work with minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university / college.
For Computer Science discipline (from Engineering & Technology): Ph.D. degree with first class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engg. & Tech., and experience of Ten years in teaching, research and / or industry
Associate Professor:
For Arts, Humanities, Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce, Education, Languages, Law, Journalism and Mass Communication: Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned / allied / relevant discipline and published work after Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks with minimum of 08 years of teaching experience in university / college.
For Management discipline: Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline and Ph.D. or fellow of Indian Institute of Management or of an Institute recognized by AICTE with minimum of eight years of experience of teaching / industry / research / professional
For Computer Science discipline (from Engineering & Technology): Ph.D. degree with first class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engg. & Tech., and experience of eight years in teaching, research and / or industry
Assistant Professor:
For Arts, Humanities, Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce, Education, Languages, Law, Journalism and Mass Communication: Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree with atleast 55% marks. Qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR
For Management discipline: First class Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant management related discipline
For Computer Science discipline (from Engineering & Technology): First Class Master's Degree in the appropriate branch (CS/IT)
Application Fee: Rs.500 /- for SC / ST / PWD candidates and for Others Rs.750/-

Duly signed Printout of Complete application form along with application fee and enclosures in support of educational qualification, work experience, research activities etc., should be send to the Recruitment Cell, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thanjavur Road, Thiruvarur – 610 004 on or before 17 Mar 2014.
